Temple Beth Emet

1770 W. Cerritos Avenue
Anaheim, California

Temple Beth Emet moved from its Emily Street location in downtown Anaheim to its present location at 1770 W. Cerritos Avenue in 1963. Situated on a five-acre site, Temple facilities include meeting rooms, classrooms, a youth lounge, and a social hall (available for private functions).

Temple Beth Emet has a outstanding library of Judaica, considered to be among the finest in Orange County. It features Jewish literature serving early childhood, adolescence, and adult reading interests.

The Temple offers many activities and opportunities for its congregants to be involved in Jewish life. A Youth Program runs throughout the year providing activities from 4th grade through high school. The Temple Sisterhood and Men's Club are active in the synagogue's religious and social life, a Senior Social Club is available for adults over 55, and Havurah brings small groups together under the umbrella of the large congregation.

Temple Beth Emet commissioned this postcard of "The Holy Ark." The Ark is surrounded by symbols for the 12 Tribes of Israel.
